Sorry, but this isn’t an entry to progress the narrative at Port 80 – it’s Matt’s turn so you’ll just have to wait till he gets round to it. In the meantime, I have something to add the the “guitar” category for the first time in ages. I’ve been playing loads of electric lately and have learned lots of new songs, but nearly without exception, they’ve been Blur b-sides so I’ve not bothered to mention them.
So, I thought it was about time I picked up the acoustic again and tried something new, eventually settling on the Robert Johnson track Malted Milk as perfomed by Clapton on his Unplugged album. It took a few days to learn it (and I’ve far from mastered it as you’ll see) but it’s such excellent fun to play, like all blues tracks.
